Return Policy — Raptor Tac

At Raptor Tac (raptor-tac.com.ua), we prioritize customer satisfaction and full compliance with the legislation of Ukraine on consumer protection. Below are the rules and procedures for returning goods purchased on our website.

1. General Provisions

1. Every customer of the website has the right to return or exchange goods in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" (hereinafter — the Law).

2. Returns or exchanges are possible under the conditions and within the time limits described below.

3. This policy applies to both goods of proper quality and goods with defects.

2. Return of Goods of Proper Quality

1. You have the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt (excluding the day of receipt).

2. To initiate a return, the product must retain its original appearance, all labels, seals, and packaging, and must not show any signs of use or damage.

3. You must provide a document confirming the purchase (receipt, invoice, delivery note, etc.).

4. We will exchange the item for a similar one or another product (with price adjustment). If a similar product is not available, a refund will be issued.

3. Goods Not Subject to Return or Exchange

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994, and general retail practice, the following goods are non-returnable (you may expand this list depending on your assortment):

• Personal-use items such as underwear, socks, and clothing that directly contacts the body (if the packaging has been opened or the item used);

• Perfumes and cosmetic products with opened packaging;

• Hygiene products;

• Printed materials (magazines, books, etc.);

• Food products and perishable goods;

• Medical products;

• Batteries, cables, and cords (if the packaging has been opened);

• Other goods that, according to the law or store policy, are not eligible for return.

Note: Due to the specific nature of tactical gear (clothing, armor plates, pouches, load-bearing systems, etc.), Raptor Tac reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item has been used, altered, or damaged due to improper handling.

4. Return of Defective or Nonconforming Goods

1. If a product has a defect, damage, or does not match the described characteristics, you are entitled to request:

   • free repair or elimination of the defect;

   • replacement with an identical or equivalent product;

   • termination of the purchase contract and a full refund.

2. Refunds are issued no later than 7 (seven) calendar days after the item is received, inspected, and the defect confirmed.

3. If a defect or discrepancy is confirmed, Raptor Tac will cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Return Procedure

1. Contact us by phone or email at info@raptor-tac.com.ua

   1. • your full name;

      • order number;

      • name of the product you wish to return;

      • reason for the return;

      • photos or videos (if available).

   2. We will provide instructions for returning the item (address, delivery service, etc.).

   3. Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during shipping.

   4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will determine whether it meets the return conditions.

   5. Upon agreement with the customer, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product.

   6. Refunds

   1. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase (bank card, transfer, etc.) or another agreed-upon method.

   2. Once your return or replacement is confirmed, you will receive a notification via email.

   3. The refund processing time depends on your bank but usually does not exceed 3–5 business days.

   7. Additional Provisions

   • We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not meet the return conditions (shows signs of use, lacks original packaging or labels, etc.).

   • In case of disputes, we act in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" and applicable regulations.

   • Raptor Tac reserves the right to amend this policy. Any changes will not affect orders placed before the amendments take effect.
